OUR RETURNS POLICY

For Errors, Damaged or Faulty Goods

Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.

2. Contact Customer Services at: admin@bioturm.co.uk , who will provide you with a return address providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

Cooling Off Period

Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item’s delivery to you. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed.

60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 60-day Money Back Guarantee return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will refund an open bottle of a single product for up to 60 days after purchase as part of our 60 Money Back Guarantee.

All unused and unopened products will also be refunded up to 60 days after purchase, if they are returned.

Our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to the first open bottle, of the first order of each product. Where more than one of the same product is ordered, only one opened bottle within the order will not be accepted.

60 Day Guarantee Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
